    中國經濟體制改革研究會副會長、中國改革研究基金會秘書長樊綱認為，最近在貨幣高增長條件下物價水平下跌，表明預期低迷，供求失衡，需求嚴重不足。“這不是通貨緊縮，而是‘流動性陷阱’。”樊綱表示，因就業不足，收入增長放緩，消費需求一時難以擴大，短期內仍寄希望于投資需求。（每經）
